This internship is for people who want to understand how eCommerce works in real business conditions.Over three months, you’ll support the operational side of digital commerce – from content checks and updates to task tracking, content preparation and team coordination. You’ll see how work moves from brief to execution, how accuracy affects online visibility and how different teams work together to keep delivery on track.Your role will sit in operations, but along the way you’ll also gain a broader view of how different parts of eCommerce connect – from content and execution to collaboration, optimisation and the wider digital landscape.With internship intakes in June and July, this is a strong starting point for anyone who wants to build practical experience in digital content, operations and online retail.

During the internship, you may:
perform live checks and help close content gaps on eRetailer websites
prepare content packages for online retailers
collect and upload content into tools
update task statuses in trackers and decks
spot inconsistencies in content and flag them internally
support teams across regions or clients when capacity allows
join weekly client calls and prepare meeting notes
contribute to accurate, well-organised day-to-day delivery
the day-to-day reality of eCommerce operations
digital content workflows and online retail execution

You may be a strong fit if you have:
a very good command of English (minimum C1, written and spoken)
strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
a proactive attitude and openness to learning
a genuine interest in eCommerce and digital content
a strong eye for detail and accuracy
You do not need extensive experience. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your reliability and your ability to work carefully, communicate clearly and stay organised.
